Executive Team Projects
Executive Team Projects develop leaders so high performance is fostered in their followers. The sole focus is upon the performance of people who carry out goal-directed activities throughout the organization. The objective is to create leaders who are able to attract followers who are enthusiastic about, rather than resistant to, organizational initiatives. Level Six Leaders are better equipped to manage complexity in solving problems. The primary approach is to teach the skill of influence and develop followership through skill acquisition. Participants acquire tools in order to develop long-term commitment and loyalty from those around them.
