Executive Excellence (EE) is designed for C-Level executives to shop floor managers. Outcomes include improved performance, enhanced leadership and character development. The 12-day curriculum includes tools and strategies in problem solving and decision making based on cognitive-behavioral theories that facilitate emotional maturity. Central to the EE model is the fact that thoughts and beliefs significantly influence emotions and behavior. Executives learn to identify, distinguish and evaluate rational vs. irrational thoughts as well as effective vs. ineffective beliefs and consider alternative interpretations that lead to more mature decisions. Executives learn techniques in self-management, relationship management and self-development. The skills taught in the program can be applied to many contexts of life, including peer and family relationships as well as other activities with a performance component.
